As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to customers, addressing their concerns, and helping them navigate the complexities of consumer-driven healthcare. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to and resolving customer service inquiries and issues on the first call by identifying the topic and type of assistance needed * Guiding and educating customers about consumer-driven healthcare topics to help them select the best benefit plan options * Initiating proactive outreach to members, including welcoming new members and addressing gaps in care * Contacting care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with specialists * Assisting customers in navigating myarenaflex.com and other arenaflex websites **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * 1+ years of customer service experience * Ability to work the hours of 11:35 am - 8:05 pm CST from Monday - Friday, including occasional overtime **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following qualifications would be a great asset to your application: * Sales or account management experience * Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment, including familiarity with medical terminology and health plan documents * Background in social work, behavioral health, disease prevention, or health promotion **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
