About the Role As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate our services and providing solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities: Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, addressing common questions about medical and dental procedures, office and hospital visit costs, and claims-related topics. Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them promptly and professionally, with the goal of providing a first-time resolution whenever possible. Act as an advocate for health and wellness, promoting disease management programs and recommending healthy living initiatives that meet our members' unique needs. What You Bring to the Table To excel as a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer problems. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to multitask independently and work effectively on a computer.
