**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team on a night shift basis. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Promote careerzynith's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate advice to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Strong written literacy skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls/emails within a shift
* Previous experience working night shifts is essential

* Experience in a sales or customer service role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
