As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and promoting blithequark's products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced, busy environment, handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email. You'll also be responsible for capturing customer information through the blithequark SAP database and providing exceptional customer service while promoting the company's brand. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email * Capture customer information through the blithequark SAP database * Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries * Promote blithequark's products and services, including advising customers on product upgrades and replacements * Manage product replacements, refunds, and orders * Provide relief reception cover as and when required * Work in a fast-paced, busy environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously * Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets **Essential Qualifications** * Prior experience within a customer service environment from an FMCG industry * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable) * Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment * Strong influencing skills with a flair for promoting products and services * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SAP (training will be provided) * Experience working in a part-time or flexible schedule * Familiarity with customer service software and systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong influencing skills with a flair for promoting products and services * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable) * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a part-time Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
