Job Overview In this critical role, you will interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending on client requirements. Your primary objective will be to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our clients' products or services. As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every customer interaction is courteous, friendly, and professional. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining high standards of quality and excellence. Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to customers, addressing their concerns and needs effectively. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures and ensuring a positive experience from the outset. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services, staying up-to-date with the latest information and developments to provide informed support. Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required, to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Offer additional products and/or services, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth. Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases, maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient issue resolution. Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. Candidate Profile To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you should possess a high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. You should be courteous with a strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional support and resolution. Additional requirements include: Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to effectively utilize technology to support customer interactions. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with strong attention to detail and a focus on clarity and accuracy. Dependable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-production environment. Skilled in multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Tolerance for repetitive work, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional tone and manner in all customer contact situations. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support. Ability to rotate shifts, as needed, with flexibility and adaptability in scheduling.
