**The Role**

As an Experienced Customer Service Account Associate, you will be responsible for providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns. You will build customer loyalty and create value through thoughtful account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise. Your goal will be to meet department productivity and quality standards while completing training requirements to develop new skills, expand knowledge, and grow within careerzynith.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns
* Build customer loyalty and create value through thoughtful account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
* Meet department productivity and quality standards
* Complete training requirements to develop new skills, expand knowledge, and grow within careerzynith

**Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma/GED (Required)
* Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
* At least 18 years of age
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
