As a Customer Security Engineer, you'll be part of a team that delivers strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights and value for our clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for: * Implementing and enforcing security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations across Microsoft 365 services * Overseeing the management and administration of Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure access and identity protection * Implementing and maintaining comprehensive security measures across Microsoft 365 environments to protect organizational data and resources * Delivering dedicated support to enterprise customers, building strong relationships, and driving continuous improvement across a variety of complex environments * Collaborating with experienced technical teams to develop the skills and knowledge needed to maintain and troubleshoot their environments in alignment with industry best practices **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in a similar role with a focus on Microsoft security technologies * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including data protection and compliance frameworks * Experience with Microsoft security tools, including Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure AD * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders **Education** A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience. **Benefits and Compensation** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * A base salary range of $92,000-$110,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Comprehensive employee assistance program * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off and holidays * Paid learning days **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Security Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
