**Job Summary**
As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, accurately resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections, and building customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues. You'll also support various customer inquiries, including technical issues, and work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights and weekends.

* You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
