**Job Summary**

As a Customer Relationship Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, representing our company through communications with customers over the phone and via email. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding service level expectations. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and close cases
* Develop and maintain good customer relations by acting as a resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house advocate
* Track and document customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through Salesforce
* Order replacement plants for customers
* Participate in meetings, share successes and challenges, and ask questions and provide suggestions for improvement
* Exceed service level expectations with all internal and external customers

**Essential Qualifications**

* Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar position
* Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office
* Salesforce experience is a plus, but not a necessity
* Relevant college coursework preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the gardening or eCommerce industry
* Knowledge of Proven Winners plants and products
* Experience with CRM software and statistical data reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
