Job Overview
As a Customer Relationship Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus, but not required
Relevant college coursework or degree in a related field is preferred
