**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication channels
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a reliable internet connection
