**The Role**
As a Customer Relationship Advocate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
