You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable customers. Your excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills will be essential in resolving customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values * Provide exceptional customer service, upholding our goals of delivery through responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism * Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns * Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers either on the phone or via written communications * Utilize strong PC skills, toggling between different applications, and proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office * Participate in paid company training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Available Work Shifts** * Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm (EDT) * Sunday-Thursday, 10:00am to 6:30pm (EDT) * Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00am to 6:30pm (EDT) **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.00 Maximum: $27.90 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
