**Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will:

* Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOPCVS line in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values
* Provide superb customer service to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting
* Serve as a customer advocate when researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies
* Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications
* Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
* Uphold arenaflex's goals of delivery through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service
* Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
* Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
* Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications
* Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
* Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bilingual in Spanish
* Prior inbound Call Center experience
* Previous experience working from home a plus
* Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience

**Education:**

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Position pay rate: $17.00 per hour to start
* Pay range: $17.00 - $32.74

**Work Schedule:**

* Must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am - 8pm, Eastern Standard Time
* Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
* This is a full-time role, with days off may not be consecutive
