We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. Our goal is to help businesses evaluate products, ensure proper product certification, and gain greater market access. **Job Summary** As a Customer Product Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' product testing initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting In-Home Usage Tests, documenting your experiences, and providing valuable feedback to our clients.
