Our team values diverse experiences, inclusive culture, and career growth, making us an ideal place for motivated and results-driven professionals to thrive. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Practice Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Developing and executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, driving results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue. * Leading business outcomes, articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies. * Collaborating with arenaflex account teams to develop unified account plans and pursuit plans. * Establishing executive relationships, securing sponsorship and support for programs. * Building internal networks with critical organizations, including account teams, Partner teams, Global Services, Finance, and Legal. * Delivering on annual bookings and revenue targets, aligning deal structures with customer goals and arenaflex business objectives. * Supporting scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team. **About the Team:** Our AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is dedicated to driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.
