**The Role**

Handle inbound sales inquiries, converting leads into customers and driving revenue growth
Create user guides and documentation to ensure seamless onboarding and support for our customers
Assist in developing outbound sales strategies, with potential commission structure, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
Learn and advise on Australian raffle regulations, ensuring our customers are compliant and up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes
Become an expert in careerzynith's platform and features, providing in-depth knowledge and support to our customers
Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Guide clients through permit applications and raffle setup processes, ensuring a smooth and successful experience
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our customers and internal teams
Contribute to various projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
