**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
* Providing accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks
* Demonstrating empathy and understanding in all customer interactions
* Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction
* Collaborating with team members and leadership to improve customer experience
**Education and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
