About the Customer Onboarding & Success Team Leader Role We are seeking an exceptional Customer Onboarding & Success Team Leader to join our team at blithequark. As a leader, motivator, and inspirer, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of customer-focused professionals to reach targets and KPIs aligned with the expectations of our client and blithequark. Key Responsibilities Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure team performance and efficiency Create and implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and performance, leveraging your expertise to optimize team outcomes Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results, fostering a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance Hire and recruit new talent as needed, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to meet client demands Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and KPIs Maintain a hands-on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies, ensuring that the team is agile and responsive to changing needs Gather a strong understanding of client offerings to enable the team to effectively support clients across differing EMEA territories Drive strong thought leadership within a wider sales team, sharing your expertise and insights to help drive sales growth and innovation Adhere to team goals as agreed by the client, ensuring that the team is aligned and focused on delivering exceptional results Ownership of day-to-day operations in partnership with client contact and Program Manager, ensuring seamless execution and delivery Take responsibility for performance discipline, employee scheduling and attendance, time-card approvals, performance evaluations, and associated management functions Partner with sales operations, quality assurance, and training departments to ensure that the team has the necessary support and resources to succeed Develop and implement personal development plans for reps, helping them to grow and develop their skills and expertise Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and implement data-driven recommendations to drive sales growth, leveraging your analytical skills to inform decision-making Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients, ensuring that the team is equipped to handle complex technical issues Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role 1+ year as a leader, coach, trainer, or senior rep, with experience in managing and mentoring teams Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales growth and efficiency Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients via phone, email, and video, and to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making, with experience in analyzing data and developing insights to inform business decisions Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and to navigate complex systems and processes Ability to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term initiatives, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and achieving long-term goals Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Fluent in French, Italian, or Spanish a benefit, with the ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders in multiple languages Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of the sector and its unique challenges and opportunities Experience with sales operations, quality assurance, and training departments, with a understanding of how to leverage these functions to drive sales growth and efficiency Experience with technical integrations with software partners, with the ability to provide adequate support to clients and to navigate complex technical issues Strong understanding of client offerings and the ability to enable the team to effectively support clients across differing EMEA territories Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to develop insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and inform business decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits, including comprehensive health cover, structured training and career development opportunities, education reimbursement, and paid birthday leave. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The pay for this position is a basic salary per annum of €48,000, with an additional variable bonus component of €12,000 per annum.
