**The Role**
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer onboarding and migration experience, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients and their travelers. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, third parties, and managing various projects to drive project success and enhance customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Owning the customer onboarding/migration experience with customers and internal stakeholders
* Focusing on the implementation of regional/global projects using careerzynith project documents
* Completing project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams
* Designing the work breakdown structure and defining resources required for projects
* Ensuring all client requirements are understood and documented for action by onward teams
* Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring alignment and sign-off by stakeholders
* Creating a positive environment to drive partnership and project success
* Managing project performance and communicating status, milestones, risks, and dependencies
* Ensuring E2E testing is completed and documented successfully
* Determining project call structure and managing stakeholder calls
* Contributing to team calls, sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong skillset in the following areas:
* Travel industry experience (preferably with careerzynith or a similar organization)
* Strong relationship building and customer service skills
* Understanding of careerzynith and corporate travel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment across multiple geographies and time zones
* Positive attitude and ability to motivate project teams under pressure
* Business English is mandatory; multi-lingual capability is advantageous
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
* Ability to inspire change and adapt to resistance
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
