**Job Overview**
This is a 16-week contract role to cover a paternity leave, providing an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact. As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with new clients ready for marketing and promoting EBPP to their customers
* Conducting zoom training on online payment adoption best practices
* Creating content that supports billers with online payment messaging to their customers
* Driving client behavior to promote online billing and payment adoption by payers
* Maintaining a knowledge of careerzynith services and articulating the value proposition and product advantages
* Creating marketing material specifically for VIP billers upon request
* Ensuring client marketing activities are entered in various systems, like Salesforce
* Liaising with external vendors that house our marketing assets, QR codes, design vendors, and more
**Key Responsibilities**
* Connect with new clients ready for marketing and work with them to promote EBPP to their customers

* Liaise with external vendors that house our marketing assets, QR codes, design vendors, and more
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 3 years' experience in marketing/marketing communications (e-payments/SaaS a plus)
* Knowledge of Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
* Practical experience communicating with customers
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the fintech industry
* Knowledge of electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solutions
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and software as a service (SaaS)
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Base salary is one component of total compensation
* Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission
* Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
* The expected base compensation range for this job requisition is $80,000 – $85,000 USD
