As a contractor with arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of education. **Job Summary** arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Integration Associate (Contractor) to join our LMS Integration team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with high school administrators and Higher Education Professors to integrate their course data with publisher courseware and learning management systems. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. **Major Responsibilities** As a Customer Integration Associate (Contractor), your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with school administrators to set up courses in a timely and professional manner * Facilitating virtual meetings with professors to review integrating their Achieve course with their school's learning management system * Providing guidance and support to customers to exceed their expectations * Working closely with full-time team members to minimize data processing errors and ensure accuracy in navigating internal systems simultaneously * Utilizing a range of tools, including Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, and other internal systems, to manage multiple workflows and ensure seamless integration **Required Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy * Superior organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Substantial computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly * Extraordinary customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support to customers * Solid understanding of Google Sheets and the ability to follow process documentation * Ability to guide customers through detailed steps and provide clear guidance and support **Preferred Skills / Knowledge** While not essential, the following skills and knowledge would be highly desirable: * Experience as a high school teacher or previous experience with incorporating digital education materials into a high school classroom * Solving puzzles and finding patterns is something you enjoy, and you have a natural ability to think creatively * Experience working with the Salesforce Lightning environment * Experience with Clever and/or ClassLink rostering systems * Experience with Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, and/or D2L learning management systems **Education Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required **Hours and Location** * Approximately 10-20 hours per week from June - September 2024 * Remote opportunity, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. **Pay Rate** * $25/hour **Why Join arenaflex?** As a contractor with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is shaping the future of education.
