Experienced Customer Insights Specialist – Consumer Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Insights Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for selling Consumer Insights services, Analytics, and Innovation to new and existing clients. You'll work closely with our local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities, and proactively offer solutions to achieve sales targets. Your expertise in market/category analysis, presentation skills, and intellectual curiosity will help drive client outcomes and grow our portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Insights Specialist at careerzynith, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* Independently sell Consumer Insights services, Analytics, and Innovation to new and existing clients, successfully assessing their needs and proactively offering solutions to achieve sales targets.
* Partner with local Account Development teams to understand client needs and priorities, and develop joint business plans to drive growth.
* Scope projects responsibly to meet sales targets, ensuring feasibility by partnering with Solution experts, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
* Engage with clients to secure customer satisfaction, answering their concerns and questions through on-site and off-site client consultancy work.
* Build careerzynith's portfolio awareness through presentations at conferences, clients, and internal events.
* Execute business plans, proactively searching for opportunities on the market, making suggestions for improvement, and gathering client requirements from commercial teams.
* Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for respective markets, managing pipeline, and providing weekly input for forecasting sales.
* Continuously work on further professional development and adoption of technical knowledge related to careerzynith tools and services.
* Use careerzynith processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis for customers, making recommendations and proposals.
* Collaborate with other departments at careerzynith to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
**Role Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Insights Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related area.
* Strong communication, verbal, and written skills.
* Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills.
* Exceptional ability for market/category analysis.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions.
* Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment.
* Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
* Fluency in Romanian and English, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
* Competent negotiator with good influencing skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, previous experience in Consumer Insights (sales or consulting) and broad industry knowledge (FMCG, Banking, Telekom) would be an asset. Additionally, accuracy and attention to detail are highly valued in this role.
