**Experienced Customer Insights Specialist – Consumer Intelligence and Advanced Analytics**

**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Insights Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for selling our Consumer Insights services, Advanced Analytics, and Innovation solutions to new and existing clients. You'll work closely with our local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities, scope projects responsibly, and ensure feasibility by partnering with our Solution expert, Customer Success, and Operations teams. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, secure customer satisfaction, and build arenaflex's portfolio awareness within and outside the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Independently sell Consumer Insights services, Advanced Analytics, and Innovation solutions to achieve sales targets.
* Partner with local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities, and develop joint business plans.
* Scope projects responsibly to meet sales targets and ensure feasibility by partnering with Solution expert, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
* Engage with clients to secure customer satisfaction by answering their concerns and questions, and through on-site and off-site client consultancy work.
* Build arenaflex's portfolio awareness within and outside the organization by presenting at conferences, clients, and internal events.
* Execute the business plan, proactively search for opportunities on the market, make suggestions for improvement, and gather client requirements from commercial teams.
* Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for respective markets, manage pipeline, and provide weekly input for forecasting sales.
* Continuously work on further professional development and adoption of technical knowledge related to arenaflex tools and services.
* Use arenaflex processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis for customers, make recommendations, and proposals.
* Collaborate with other departments within arenaflex.
**Role Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or related area.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills.
* Exceptional ability for market/category analysis.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions.
* Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment.
* Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
* Fluency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
* Competent negotiator with good influencing skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in Consumer Insights (sales or consulting).
* Broad industry knowledge (FMCG, Banking, Telekom).
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
