Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sr. Director to oversee the end-to-end management of Essential Client Research, including planning, building, distributing, and reporting on surveys to gather client feedback. Design and develop surveys that effectively capture client feedback and insights, working with stakeholders to ensure maximum reach and response rate. Analyze client feedback data and create reports that provide actionable insights to the business, using storytelling skills to communicate the client story to internal stakeholders. Present findings and recommendations to all levels within the organization, from front-line staff to senior leaders, using clear and engaging visuals and language. Partner cross-functionally to ensure open exchange and continuous relationship improvement, working towards shared goals and objectives. Continuously review and enhance the survey process to ensure it remains relevant and provides valuable insights to the business. Collaborate with providers to secure top-tier research methods and tools. Requirements Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights. Proficiency in understanding various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Ability to manage project schedules and deadlines that run concurrently. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders. Hands-on experience with end-to-end survey development (i.e., survey design and programming). Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills. Ability to learn new study programming and tools quickly. Experience with or ability to learn statistical/research programming (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics). Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Preferred Qualifications Ability to understand the situation in its entirety and relate insights across various assets.
