About the Role We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Care Center team. As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment and be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online. Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping. Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international concerns. Requirements Basic Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries. Proficient in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs. Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings. A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian. What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary range of $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
