* **Compensation:** Competitive salary of $26.36 per hour plus incentives

* **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5am start
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Growth Representative at careerzynith, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, securing equipment placement, and executing promotions in retail accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Selling and executing promotions, securing equipment placement, and utilizing point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
* Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, ensuring alignment and proper labeling
* Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock daily
* Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 2-3 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
* Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
* Familiarity with the San Bernardino and surrounding areas
