**Job Summary**

As a Customer Experience Work From Home Intern, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for managing inbound calls and chat processes, responding to customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain industry experience, and make a real impact on our customers' lives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage inbound calls and chat processes to understand customers' requirements
* Respond to customer queries via chat and phone calls, providing information about our products
* Practice active listening and strive to exceed customer expectations by giving effective solutions to customers' problems
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution
* Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department for further assistance
* Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements that can enhance the customer experience
* Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns

**Who Can Apply**

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are available to start work from home between 6th January 2025 and 10th February 2025. The ideal candidate will have relevant skills and interests, and be available to work for a duration of 6 months. Freshers looking for jobs are also encouraged to apply.
