Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you will be responsible for using available resources to configure, develop, and execute cost-effective, supply chain solutions to support customer needs and resolve customer experience issues. You will analyze customer and service performance data to support strategic planning improvement and maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary range of $70-$80 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Review and resolve any data accuracy issues, including valuation, country of origin, unit of measure, and classification.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to obtain any supporting documents for import clearance and compliance.
Support compromise processes and ensure import activities comply with government regulations and guidelines.
Define, enable, run, and work cycles and systems related to customs import controls.
Maintain processes, controls, record-keeping, and audit readiness regarding import entry.
Apply quality standards to identify process improvement opportunities, determine available options, execute strategies, and make recommendations to management.
Some travel may be required.


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Two (2) years of work experience in external customer issue resolution.
Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications

Coordination of air and sea shipments, including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking.
Customs import controls and clearance experience.
Certified Export Specialist (CES), Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), or Master Product Specialist (MES) certification.
Customs Broker License (CBL).
Quality improvement certification or experience, such as QDM, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management.
