Our team is driven by a shared dedication to living our values of Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork, every day, in everything we do. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Connecting with customers via phone and creating an experience where customers know they have been heard and understood * Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products * Interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues * Selling travel-related services and promoting credit card vendor partner products * Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills * Possessing strong computer skills and comfort with navigating software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches * Having a professional attitude with excellent dependability, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle stressful situations * Able to learn and react quickly **Job Summary** Customer Experience Specialists play a vital role in delivering world-class service to all customers. They connect with customers via phone, create an experience where customers know they have been heard and understood, and feel valued and important.
