Our team is passionate about listening to, caring for, and connecting with our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products * Building strong relationships with customers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products * Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex policies and procedures **How You'll Connect Our Customers to the World** In this role, you'll have the opportunity to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
