You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless issue resolution, complete a comprehensive onboarding and client certification process, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional support to address questions, concerns, and product or service issues * Utilize arenaflex's provided systems to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless issue resolution * Complete a comprehensive multi-step onboarding and client certification process to prepare for customer interactions * Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update systems as necessary * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 18 years of age * Authorization to work in the United States * Residency in the United States (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI) * Excellent communication and active listening skills * Basic computer knowledge and typing abilities * Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards * Prior customer service or call center experience (a plus) * Spanish language skills (a bonus) **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role * Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong active listening and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
