We're seeking a compassionate and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to new and expectant mothers, supporting their journey with breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation services.

**The Opportunity**

At careerzynith, we're dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless order processing. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in our Mom and Baby team, consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a supportive leadership team. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our customers, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

**Primary Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Overseeing orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Interfacing with existing customers to determine product needs, present careerzynith's services, and promote sales growth.
* Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, providing prompt resolutions and follow-up.
* Maintaining accurate records, including customer demographics, order entry, and data maintenance.
* Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA confidentiality.

* Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with exceptional presentation abilities.

* Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
* Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
* Sensitivity to patient care issues and ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

**Required Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
* Microsoft Office computer skills.
* 1+ year of customer service experience required.
