**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
* Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
