About the Role: Customer Experience Representative In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class service to our customers and ensuring every interaction is a positive one. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing solutions to customer issues, acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You'll be working in a fast-paced call center environment, where no two days are ever the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and blithequark products and services. Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet those needs. Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments and resolving any related issues. Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed. Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business. What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a dedication to customer service excellence, amazing communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude. You'll thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy helping our customers connect to the digital world. If you have a related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience, that's a plus. Customer Service call center experience is also desirable, but not essential.
