**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail veterans and innovative pioneers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and accelerate arenaflex's mission. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the enrollment, training, development, and overall management of a unique store team that will help arenaflex speed up the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will be tested to help your team through training, instructing, inspiring, and analyzing sales performance. You will be entrusted with identifying opportunities in the local market that will boost arenaflex's brand visibility and create more Tesla owners.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Business Strategy**: Collaborate with the Store Manager to align on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time)
* **Client Experience**: Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness
* **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop management and staff, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures
* **Brand Standards**: Maintain brand principles through store maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and preparation rules
