**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge – Remote Chat Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing personalized assistance to clients visiting the careerzynith Centurion Parlor at IAH Airport
* Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the careerzynith values and commitment to exceptional customer experiences
* Working collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver innovative solutions to client needs and concerns
* Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client requirements and expectations
* Offering travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to careerzynith Card Members
* Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
**Key Performance Indicators**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Invite and welcome clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
* Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish
* Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty
* Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
* Provide attendant and lifestyle suggestions to enhance the client experience
* Offer travel counsel and reservation assistance
* Collaborate with partners to meet the needs of our clients
**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
* Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
* Proven ability to adjust to client needs with proactive solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
* Ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their experience
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
* Proficiency in using various technology platforms to provide support in a client-facing environment
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
