About the Role
The Customer Experience Concierge role is an exciting opportunity to deliver extraordinary service to our premium customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a member of our lounge team, you'll be responsible for creating innovative ways to resolve customer issues, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and tailoring our products and services to meet the unique needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and providing access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and professional manner
Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, making loyal enthusiasts out of our customers and driving brand loyalty
Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing exceptional communication and delighting customers with every interaction
Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance to meet the unique needs of our customers
Accommodating the needs of our customers by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience


Qualifications
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing environment
Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to delight customers with every interaction
The ability to listen to customers' needs, offer confident recommendations, and provide high satisfaction with the service received
Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, putting the customer's experience at the forefront of everything you do, and adapt to an ever-changing environment with resilience
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with light to moderate lifting required for certain job tasks

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.12 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
