**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the primary point of contact for Card Members, providing a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every need is met and exceeded
* Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
* Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, ensuring a high-quality experience in the lounge
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every Card Member feels valued and appreciated
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services, enabling you to provide tailored recommendations and solutions
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the latest information and insights
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering extraordinary service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues
* Problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for customer issues and concerns
* Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
* Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, but not required
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Experience in travel consultation or concierge services, with a deep understanding of the travel industry and its nuances
