You will convert leads into sales by building trust, solving problems, and staying engaged throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will educate customers on program benefits and reward eligibility, act as a strategic liaison between customers and real estate agents, and handle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and urgency.
