**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Concierge for the careerzynith Centurion Lounge in DFW Airport, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our premium Card Members. * Utilize technology platforms effectively, including our CRM system, to manage customer interactions and provide personalized service.

**Requirements**
* Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry.
* Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience, to understand the complexities of our business.
* Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction.
* Ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, showcasing your expertise.
* Exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, setting a high standard for customer service.
