**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience, creating innovative solutions to resolve issues and concerns, and fostering brand loyalty
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
* Collaborating with food and beverage partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, ensuring a high-quality experience in the lounge
* Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a focus on delivering differentiated products and services that are essential to Card Members
**Requirements**
