**Job Description**

As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, providing personalized service and support to ensure their experience is nothing short of exceptional. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
* Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the Card Member experience
* Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our Card Members' travel needs
* Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
* Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
* A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
* The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
* The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
* The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
* Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on putting the Card Member experience at the forefront
* Resourcefulness and the ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
* The ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
* Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks

**Salary Range**

The expected hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $22.12, with bonus and benefits included.
