As a colleague, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, work with a talented team, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. **Job Description** As a Customer Experience Concierge in the Centurion Lounge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the arenaflex brand. Your primary objective will be to create a memorable experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty through personalized interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception * Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm * Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations * Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to each customer's preferences * Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance * Collaborate with lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members **Lounge Hours of Operation:** The Centurion Lounge operates from 05:30 AM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Sunday.
