Your primary objective will be to create a memorable experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty through personalized interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception * Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm * Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations * Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to each customer's preferences * Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance * Collaborate with lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members **Lounge Hours of Operation:** The Centurion Lounge operates from 05:30 AM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Sunday.
