About the Role: Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, building strong relationships, and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Your role will be to act as a brand ambassador, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our clients. You will be part of a high-performing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and provide access to our clients upon arrival at the gathering Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns and win their brand loyalty Utilize the Client's First mindset in addressing clients' needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations Offer travel advice and minimal reservation assistance Accommodate the needs of our clients by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions Excellent communication skills, charming the client with every interaction The ability to listen to the client's needs and propose tailored suggestions, resulting in high satisfaction from the client with the assistance they received The ability to display the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Proficiency in multiple technology platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly What We Offer: At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary: $20 to $30 per hour Opportunities for career growth and professional development Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Comprehensive health and wellness programs Recognition and reward programs for outstanding performance Our Culture: At arenaflex, we are proud of our diverse and inclusive culture.
