Join Our Customer Experience Team: Where Every Interaction Matters
As a Customer Experience Champion II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for resolving customer needs through first-contact resolution and enhancing customer experiences with an emphasis on discovery, efficiency, and quality. You'll be the driving force behind delivering exceptional service, driving business growth, and promoting our products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve customer concerns, educating customers on device-related inquiries and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Turn every contact into a sell or save opportunity, providing a premium experience that fosters customer loyalty and retention.
Embody the Service Plus mindset, resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs to ensure a seamless experience.
Provide exceptional experiences through discovery and targeted recommendations, leveraging customer-specific insights to drive sales and growth.
Navigate systems and utilize tools and resources to be self-sufficient, effectively providing billing explanations and resolving customer queries.
Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating for customers and highlighting the benefits of arenaflex's products and services.
Practice business acumen, prioritizing the best interests of the company, customers, and fellow employees.
Identify plans and services that suit customer needs, preventing future contacts and ensuring long-term satisfaction.


Where You'll Be Working: The Flexibility of Remote Work
In this remote role, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll need to be located in Florida, within a reasonable commute to our hub location in Temple Terrace, FL. Our remote work setup allows you to enjoy the flexibility and autonomy you need to thrive, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or one or more years of customer service experience.
One or more years of sales experience, with a strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A.
Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a dedicated desk for company-provided equipment.


Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
Experience with Google's G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, network, and device issues.
Experience promoting and upselling products or services, with a proven track record of success.
