**Job Summary**

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, growing customer relationships, and promoting careerzynith's products and services. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their objectives. This is a part-time role, working 30-35 hours per week, and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred
* Cash handling skills preferred
* Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services preferred
