Our platform is built on a foundation of empathy, expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Your Role at blithequark** As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be a key member of our Member Experience Team, responsible for conducting high-volume outreach to new and existing members to increase enrollment and program completion rates. Your primary objectives will be to: Key Outcomes * Actively conduct outreach via phone, text, and email daily to engage with members and promote our programs * Successfully complete >100 outbound calls a day, ensuring timely and effective communication with members * Enroll 25% or more of all connected leads, driving program adoption and member satisfaction * Achieve a 25% or more program completion rate within 1 week of an engagement outreach, demonstrating the effectiveness of our programs * Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher, reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences **Essential Skills and Qualifications** To excel in this role, you'll need: * 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach * Effective communication skills, including empathy and active listening, to showcase the value proposition of our technology product and program * Experience working with Customer Service Tools, such as CRMs (we use Insightly CRM and HubSpot) and other relevant software * Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions * Critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand and absorb new information and apply previous experiences in new contexts **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we welcome candidates with experience in roles that involve direct daily interactions with older adults, such as: * Senior living community staff * Fitness instructors * Patient advocates or coordinators * Member-facing roles within digital health startups **Our Commitment to Inclusion** At blithequark, we believe that our people are the key to achieving our mission.
