**Your Role as a Customer Experience Associate**

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of careerzynith, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

* Greeting every customer with a warm smile and eye contact, setting the tone for a positive interaction
* Acknowledging every waiting customer as soon as they arrive, letting them know you'll be right with them
