Experienced Customer Experience Assistant, Sales – Luxury Jewelry Retail

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Assistant, Sales, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer experiences, meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
* Assisting customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line
* Utilizing sales strategies and forward-thinking problem-solving techniques to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions
* Proactively greeting, checking-in, and assisting customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience that reflects our luxury brand and product quality
* Managing a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual and team goals and revenue targets
* Responding to online customer inquiries and providing sales assistance through live chats, phone calls, and email
* Developing and demonstrating product knowledge as it pertains to our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry
* Conducting post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries
* Reviewing customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with your leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and your sales performance
* Maintaining luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including executing new product merchandising guidelines
* Serving as the liaison for all facilities maintenance projects for the location, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as needed
* Sending and receiving product from our distribution center, customers, and external vendors while reconciling inventory within our computer system and maintaining organization
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A passion for the customer and a drive to exceed goals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong product knowledge and ability to develop and demonstrate product knowledge
* Experience with an ERP or CRM system (bonus points if you have experience with our system)
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent (bonus points if you have a degree in a relevant field)
* A passion for socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a sales or customer-facing role in a retail or e-commerce environment
* Knowledge of luxury jewelry and fine gemstones
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels
